Organizational development,
Facilitation, Coaching
Hello, I'm Jennifer Hansen.
I support organizations, teams and individuals in shaping the(ir) future.
Private sector, public sector, foundations and NGOs - I know different work systems from my own experience as a manager, employee and consultant. As an organizational developer, I always find it exciting to immerse myself in new systems, topics and challenges of my clients.

Living and working in countries in Latin America, Asia and Europe has enabled me to see and understand the world from very different perspectives. All of this has sharpened my view of and understanding of different logics of action.
I have always found the diversity of perspectives that my career to date has given me to be extremely enriching. Expanding perspectives and thus also options for action is therefore an important element of my work as an organizational developer, coach and facilitator. My work is characterized by a mixture of lightness and depth, analytical mind and empathy - and humour.
Social engagement is also an integral part of my life and, for me, an important element of a functioning and solidarity-based society. That is why, in recent years, I have co-founded a citizens' initiative (which supports the transformation process to a neighborhood for people instead of cars), designed smaller participatory art projects in public spaces (such as the Wall of Good Life ) and am active in DonutBerlin (an initiative that is committed to making the economy of the 21st century regenerative and striving for well-being).
What always makes me happy and relaxes me: A long round on a swing!
After several moves in Germany and abroad, I have been living with my family in Berlin for the last 8 years. I like spending time in nature and museums - with my family, friends or just by myself -, going jogging, reading (novels in the evening, non-fiction books during the day, the latter with a pencil at the ready, lots of sticky notes and my notebook), doing yoga, meditating or strumming my ukulele.

Experience
For 15 years, I have been supporting people, teams and organizations in change processes in different roles (as a manager, as an internal consultant, as a consultant for external clients) and in different sectors (corporations and medium-sized companies, ministries and municipalities, foundations and NGOs) - in Germany and internationally.
