Management and employee coaching

As a systemic coach, I support you in identifying relevant issues that can lead to conflicts or stagnation in your professional identity or development. By discovering new perspectives, I help you to redefine your goals and develop individual methods for better communication and decision-making. I look at people and issues in their respective contexts and shed light on connections and interactions. I work with systemic questions to stimulate new perspectives and thought processes.
